What is a serviced office?

A serviced office is a fully furnished office space with access to our reception staff to meet and greet your clients.

What You Can Expect:

  • An executive office with a Penrith address in a collaborative community of Western Sydney professionals.
  • High Speed Internet (hard wired or Wi-Fi).
  • A receptionist will make your visitors welcome and announce them for you.
  • A receptionist will answer your calls in your company name, transfers the calls to you or take a message
  • Amenities available for your use includes fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee.
  • Our offices vary in size usually comfortably accommodating three, but if you need more space you can book one of our boardrooms or conference rooms.
  • A whiteboard and flip chart will support your presentations and teleconferencing, or video conferencing is available with appropriate notice.

Where is your location?

Our centre is located on High Street in the Penrith CBD. Our offices are close-by to Penrith Post Office, Penrith Court, numerous cafes and public transport.

What are your business hours? What happens after-hours?

Standard operating hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times, permanent tenants can (by arrangement) enter and exit the building through our after-hours security door. Secure afterhours access will be given via a security tag.

Weekend access by arrangement.

What amenities are available?

Assess to a fully equipped kitchen with, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary biscuits. These facilities are accessible to all clients.

Is catering available for my meeting?

Catering is available upon request at an additional charge, billed at time of booking.

How do I book a tour?

To arrange a tour of our office, you can:

How does printing work?

Each client is given a code to securely print, scan or copy. The printer is in a communal area, however, your printing is held in the machine and only released by entering your unique PIN. This ensures that others do not access your printing.

Can I receive visitors?

Yes of course. Please advise our friendly reception team of your visitor’s name and arrival time and they will be greeted and seated in our waiting room

Can I book an office on a permanent basis for a set number of days per week?

Yes - by arrangement.

How big are your dedicated offices?

Our offices range in size depending upon your needs. Our smallest office is 6 square meters and our largest is 16 square meters.

How big are your Meeting/Board Rooms?

Currently we have 2 Meeting/Board Rooms. Our large meeting room is 22 square meters and our smaller meeting room is 13 square meters.

How big are your Training Rooms?

Our Large Training Room is 58 square meters and our Small Training Room is 36 square meters.

We recommend you come in for a tour, so we can tailor a solution to best suit your requirements.

How many people can Penrith Serviced Offices accommodate?

Office Suites – ideally 2 - 4 people

Small Board room – 8 - 12 people

Large Board room – 10 - 15 people

Training rooms – Up to 40 people, however the number of people will depend on the configuration eg, Theatre, Conference, U Shape. We recommend a visit to discuss your needs.

How long does it take to set up an office?

You can move in same day to your Serviced Office. Our IT infrastructure & team are ready from day one to support your business.

How long is my Serviced Office contract commitment?

The minimum contract term at Penrith Serviced Offices is usually one month. 30 days’ notice is required if extending beyond a fixed contract term

How is Penrith Serviced Offices more cost effective than renting my own office space?

As a Penrith Serviced Offices client, your Serviced Office includes:

  • A fully furnished office suite
  • A dedicated receptionist
  • Secretarial services
  • Fully equipped corporate boardrooms, meeting rooms and day suites
  • IT and communications technology
  • Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee.
  • High Speed Internet (hard wired or Wi-Fi).

Can we upgrade or downsize our office at any time during our lease agreement?

Yes, of course. We have a dedicated Account Manager who will keep in touch with you on a regular basis making sure that your office needs are always met, as and when your business needs change.

If the office is vacant now, can you hold it for us?

We will hold a vacant office for you for a maximum period of 1 month without charge providing a 1-month Bond is paid. For longer periods this would need to be negotiated.
