How long is my Virtual Office contract commitment?

There are no long-term contracts for Virtual Office agreement other than 30 days’ notice to terminate.

Are there any hidden costs?

All costs are included in the Price List.

Is there a limit or charge to the number of calls answered in the package?

Depending upon your business and the volume of calls you expect to receive, we have different packages to suit your needs.

How will my calls be answered and distributed?

If you have a phone answering package, our receptionist will answer your calls in your business name in a professional manner, based on a greeting of your choice. All calls will be passed on to you as soon as possible via email or as determined by the client.

What happens to call’s after hours?

Our reception team will take your calls during our operating hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. After-hours calls will go to voicemail and generally be received the next business day. Where possible (but not guaranteed) we will email your voice message to you outside of normal business hours.

Do we offer mail and package handling?

Yes, we do! This is included for all private offices and can be purchased under a virtual office package.

What if I can’t collect my mail or parcels personally from Penrith Serviced Offices?

If you are unable to collect your mail from Penrith Serviced Offices, we can easily redirect your mail or parcels to you. If you are urgently needing the mail, we can scan it through to you. Alternatively, we can redirect mail every month in a bundle as you wish. If you’re too busy to collect your mail, you can advise us of the person who will collect it on your behalf.

Can I divert my own telephone number to your service? (including 1300 and 1800 numbers).
