We provide serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, and other related business services. We aim to provide these services with reasonable skill and care.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use our services in any way that causes harm, nuisance or annoyance to others.

We reserve the right to terminate services if we determine your use violates these terms, applicable laws, or could harm our business or other clients.

Payment

All fees for services must be paid upfront or according to mutually agreed payment terms. We accept all major credit cards. Declined payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for Casual Hire of Offices or Meeting Rooms, cancelled within 24 hours or no shows, will be charged the full booking fee.

Bookings for our Training/Conference Room, cancelled within 3 days or no shows, will be charged the full booking fee.

Bookings for Event Spaces cancelled within 5 days or no shows will be charged the full booking fee.

Catering/External Hire or other charges – If a booking is cancelled and PSO has committed to external costs which cannot be cancelled or refunded, any costs incurred by PSO as a result of the cancellation will be recharged to the client.

Liability

We provide services on an “as is” basis without warranties. Our maximum liability relating to any service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the past three months. We will not be liable for lost profits or any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
